Terms of Use
Effective date: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VendorReach at getvendorreach.com and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This page is plain English for clarity. It is not legal advice.
1. The Service and separate account types
VendorReach offers tools for Service Companies (shops that want outreach and preferred-list workflows) and for Property Managers (who want to find and shortlist vendors). These are separate doors: Service Company accounts and Property Manager accounts have different features and signups. Do not use a Property Manager account as a substitute for a shop account, or the reverse.
2. No guarantees of results
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will be placed on any preferred vendor list, receive leads or replies, win work, or that any vendor you find through the Service will meet your quality, insurance, licensing, or performance needs. Outcomes depend on your outreach, your business, and third parties we do not control.
3. Directories, Featured labels, and affiliations
Directory-style listings may be built from publicly available business information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Unless a company has created its own VendorReach account (or we clearly say otherwise), we are not affiliated with listed businesses and do not speak for them.
Labels such as "Featured" or "Directory" are product labels inside VendorReach. They are not endorsements, star ratings, credit scores, or official certifications of quality.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use outreach or messaging tools to spam, harass, or send deceptive messages.
- Violate applicable email, telemarketing, privacy, or anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and similar rules).
- Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service beyond ordinary use.
- Upload unlawful content or misuse another person's data without a lawful basis.
- Share your login or pretend to be another person or company.
You are responsible for the content of messages and lists you send or import, and for complying with laws that apply to your outreach.
5. Accounts, plans, and billing
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Some features may require a paid plan; pricing and plan limits are described in the product. Fees, if any, are charged according to the plan you select. We may change plans or pricing with reasonable notice for future periods.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users or for VendorReach. We may also discontinue or change parts of the Service with notice when practical.
7. Intellectual property
VendorReach and its branding, software, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VendorReach and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost business opportunities arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50), if you used only a free plan.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where the law requires otherwise, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that directory data will be complete or current.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
