Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VendorReach ("VendorReach," "we," "us," or "our") — the service at getvendorreach.com — collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and product. It is written in plain English for transparency. It is not legal advice.
Who we are
VendorReach is a software service that helps home-service companies (shops) run outreach to Property Managers, and helps Property Managers find vendors. Questions about privacy: hello@getvendorreach.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — such as your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Business profile and vendor packet fields — for example company name, trade, service area, license or insurance notes, hours, and other details you choose to add so Property Managers or shops can work with you.
- Prospects, campaigns, and related content — lists, messages, templates, and notes you upload, import, or create in the product.
- Signup attribution — optional marketing parameters (for example UTM tags) captured when you create an account so we can understand how people find VendorReach.
- Cookies and session data — needed to keep you logged in and operate the service securely.
- Basic technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and approximate usage logs that hosting providers typically collect to run and protect the site.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and improve the VendorReach SaaS (shop outreach tools and Property Managers find-vendors features).
- Authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, and support customers.
- Send service-related messages (for example password reset or important product notices).
- Understand product usage and marketing attribution in aggregate where helpful.
We do not sell your personal data as a data-broker pitch. We share data with standard hosting and service processors only as needed to run VendorReach — for example cloud hosting, database, and email delivery providers (such as Vercel, Neon, and email services). Exact vendors may change as the product evolves.
Directories and public business information
Some directory-style listings in VendorReach are curated from publicly available business information (for example company names, websites, and contact details found online). Those listings may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Having a listing does not mean the business has an account with us or endorses VendorReach.
Your choices and rights
You can update much of your account and profile information inside the product. To request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about you, email hello@getvendorreach.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to security checks and any legal retention needs.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service is 100% secure. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Children
VendorReach is built for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Location and changes
VendorReach is operated with a focus on users in Texas and the United States. We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
